Therapy provides a safe, confidential setting to explore and address issues that impact our lives and well-being. This may include negative childhood experiences, trauma, difficulties in relationships, with identity, loss and grief, feelings of sadness or depression. Therapy is a way to affect changes, voice fears and needs or resolve specific issues. The process is led by you, supported by me, we work together to seek greater awareness and clarity, to facilitate change. Helping you to connect with your authentic self, the best version of you. I provide a safe, non-judgemental environment in order to empower you to effect positive changes in your life.
Therapy offers the opportunity to explore aspects of our lives and experiences that have impacted and been internalised, often negatively due to judgement and discrimination, in order to reach a place, not only of acceptance, but of freedom and celebration.
