A safe, confidential space to explore and address issues that impact our lives and well-being. Including childhood experiences, trauma, difficulties in relationships, with identity, grief and making sense of feelings. Therapy can help to affect changes, voice fears and needs or resolve specific issues. The process is led by you and supported by me, we work together to seek greater awareness and clarity. I aim to be safe and non-judgemental, helping you to connect with your core, authentic self.
Therapy with me also affirms aspects of our lives and experiences that have impacted and been internalised, often negatively due to judgement and discrimination, in order to reach a place, not only of acceptance, but of freedom and celebration.
